Because of the highly sensitive nature of client records, we don’t take any chances with our clients’ confidential information.   Here are some of the many policies we have in place to ensure complete security:

  • All employees are background screened.
  • All employees are bonded, undergo drug testing, and sign strict confidentiality agreements.
  • All entrances are monitored by video surveillance
  • Facilities are monitored 24-hours-a-day by infrared detectors and perimeter contact alarms.
  • All employees are uniformed and carry identification.
  • Once allowed in the front entrances, visitors enter a man-trap.
  • No cameras or camera phones are allowed beyond the front desk
  • Audit trails are provided for every service
